Italics Flat large

From the Latin italicus, the word is an adjective that denotes Italian identity and/or origin.

In typography, it refers to the Aldine italic — the slanted typeface introduced around 1500 by the Venetian publisher Aldus Manutius.

This same Venetian origin and the characteristically light, simple yet elegant style form the inspiration behind this collection of vases, decorative objects, and bowls. Each piece features rigadin and interwoven finishes, subtly evoking the whimsical spirit of Murano in a refined, contemporary way.

It’s Italics in essence. Pure Salviati style.
